Sound Cradles
You lie in the centre. Instruments surround you. Your facilitator moves around the space, creating an immersive soundscape that shifts throughout the experience. Personalised. Intimate. Deep.
Sound Cradles are different from group sound baths. The sound surrounds you and creates an experience designed to help you settle into deep rest.
These monthly sessions with the Transcend team have become something people return to again and again. Not because once isn't enough, but because each time takes you somewhere different.

What Actually Happens
Each person receives individual attention while held by the collective energy. You're alone in your experience and completely supported simultaneously.
You'll lie down, close your eyes and settle while singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other instruments create an evolving soundscape around the room.
The facilitators move around the circle, changing the direction, texture and intensity of the sound throughout the experience.
The immersive arrangement makes Sound Cradles feel different from an ambient group sound bath. Every part of the journey is considered and intentional.
Afterwards, there's time to slowly come back. You'll need it. Sound Cradles take you deep. People need space to reorient before heading back into the world.
How It Actually Feels
The sound cradle portion might make you feel held in ways you've never experienced. Like finally, finally being properly cared for. Some people cry from relief. Others sink into peace so deep they can't track where they are.
You might drift into something between sleep and waking. Meditative states happen naturally when sound does the work. Some people process emotions - crying, releasing, letting go. Others just rest deeper than they have in years.
During the sound healing, you might experience a range of emotions or simply enjoy a period of uninterrupted rest. The facilitators hold space for whatever the experience brings.
After a Sound Cradle, you may feel lighter, softer and more settled. Every experience is personal, so there is no right way to feel afterwards.
Who This Helps
First-timers are welcome. You don't need sound healing experience. Just willingness to lie down, receive, and let the sound do its work.
People dealing with chronic stress, anxiety, overwhelm, or nervous system dysregulation find Sound Cradles particularly helpful. When your system is stuck in fight-or-flight, gentle approaches don't always cut through. Sound bypasses your resistance and resets things directly.
If you're processing something big - grief, transition, trauma or life changes - Sound Cradles offer quiet space to pause and receive.
You don't need to understand how sound healing works. Your nervous system responds to vibration whether you intellectually grasp the mechanism or not. Just lie down and let it happen.
