The place where it all started. Our original home, built with love, intention and a whole lot of heart. This is more than just a wellbeing studio, it's a community hub. A place to breathe, heal, move and connect with yourself and others. Whether you're here for a treatment, a tarot reading, a sound bath or just a cuppa and a chat, you'll feel it - that sense of belonging, of being held.

Every room in the mill is set up for a different kind of practice - from the quiet of the Chill Studio to the mirrors and sound system in Vibe.

Four unique therapy rooms

Quiet, contained rooms for Reiki, massage, counselling, hypnotherapy and whatever else you're ready to sit with. Each room has its own feel.

Moonchi & Soul Tribe Coffee

While you're here, two good reasons to linger. Moonchi is our crystal shop, full of crystals, cards, incense and the odd thing you didn't know you needed. Soul Tribe Coffee is the café - proper coffee, good food, somewhere to sit before or after whatever brought you in.

Parking: Parking is free on-site at Bridgewater Mill, just off the M602, with nearby street parking and car parks.

Public transport: Patricroft Train Station is a 5-minute walk away, Eccles Metrolink stop is about a 20-minute walk, and regular buses stop nearby - easy from Salford, Manchester and beyond.
